Lavner Camps at Stuart Country Day School
We are excited to offer Tennis Camp at Stuart Country Day School this summer! At Tennis Camp, highly skilled tennis instructors teach proper swing fundamentals, footwork, and stances for each shot, in addition to constructing point play with strategy and tailoring it to specific opponents. The “Lavner” teaching methods have a strong history of proven success with professionally ranked tennis players on the ATP and WTA tours, internationally, nationally, and sectionally ranked junior tournament players. Our curriculum is also designed for kids who have never picked up a tennis racquet. Using a step-by-step approach these campers are taught the proper foundation to learn tennis, succeed, and continue with confidence in the sport. Games are also implemented involving multiple players on a team to emphasize the importance of teamwork. Breaks are taken throughout the day for snack, water, shade, tag, relay races, and much more! Grades K-5
