Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Princeton
Welcome to the Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Princeton. One of the first things you will learn at our studio is how much fun ballroom dancing is! Dancing is a great way to add some excitement to your life… and a little exercise, too. When you dance, you improve your cardiovascular system, increase muscle tone, and burn calories. Also, taking dance lessons is an easy, low-pressure way to meet people. Fred Astaire of Princeton provides monthly practice dance sessions, nights out on the town, and regional and national competitions. Our lessons are the perfect opportunity to rediscover romance – dancing your way to love! In the fast pace of the day’s activities, we sometimes forget to take time to enjoy ourselves. Dancing provides an escape from your normal routine and gives you a chance to relax, relieve stress, and concentrate on yourself.

Music Together Princeton Lab School
Music Together is an international early childhood music and movement program for children from birth through age 7—and the grownups who love them™. First offered to the public here in Princeton in 1987, it pioneered the concept of a research-based, developmentally appropriate early childhood music curriculum that strongly emphasizes and facilitates adult involvement. So much more than "Mommy & Me", Music Together classes provide a true family music experience, as siblings can attend the "Mixed Age" classes together. We also offer "Babies Only", “Big Kids” and "Guitar for Grownups" classes specially designed for those groups. And in every class, we make sure that the adults have as much fun as the children, all while doing the very important work of ensuring that each child develops into the music-maker s/he was born to be. Give us a call or email to arrange your free class visit!
