Chef Niko Smith of the Princeton Soup and Sandwich Company shows how to make the classic Gazpacho, a simple, cold tomato based soup. After sharing some samples and answering questions, he will then make a Watermelon and Feta Gazpacho.

The first demo will focus on the history and recipe of a classic Gazpacho, while the second will provide information for creating your own unique variations with the right balance. Recipe cards with tips and tricks, as well as a short list of popular flavor choices will be distributed. Community Room
