Knitting Circle Members Donate Handmade Items to HomeFront

Julia Cuddahy, reference librarian, and Belinda Silver, Knitting Circle representative, gave Meghan Cubano, HomeFront representative Lawrence Headquarters Branch of the Mercer County Library System donated items from the Knitting Circle and Crochet Corner.
LAWRENCEVILLE  — Belinda Silver, a member of the Lawrence Headquarters Branch Library knitting circle, initiated for the fifth year a community drive at the library to collect handmade scarves, hats and mittens to be donated to HomeFront. The busy knitters made a wide variety of scarves, mittens and adult and children's hats which will be appreciated by the residents of HomeFront.
