Virtuoso Jazz Bassist, Charnett Moffett at Tavern on the Lake

Jazz bass player Charnett Moffett will perform on Friday, March 31, at 7:30 p.m, at the Tavern on the Lake in Hightstown. The lively evening will become livelier when Moffett is joined by French jazz violinist Scott Tixier. Tixier tends to bring down the house when he performs in Hightstown. The event is hosted by REJS Entertainment.            
 
At 50, Charnett Moffett is a bass legend and, with his astounding virtuosity and heartfelt approach to performing, has become a jazz festival favorite. He appears in over 200 recordings.  The March 31 concert takes place at Tavern on the Lake, 101 North Main Street in Hightstown, NJ, in the large private nightclub-like upstairs room. Doors open at 7 p.m. for the 7:30 first set. Drinks and dinner can be purchased. Cost of the concert is $25.
