At WCP, we teach students and college applicants smarter ways to write. WCP's method provides effective, easy-to-use, research-based instruction. Our flexible strategies have been tested with over 3,000 students and are tailored to the unique needs of each student. The results include improved grades and test scores, acceptance letters from top colleges, and scholarship money. Target areas in the tutoring session may include developing a point of view, critical thinking exercises, analyzing and interpreting texts, comparing and contrasting texts, developing a persuasive argument, using textual evidence, research skills including evaluating evidence from secondary sources, and refining diction, grammar, and sentence structure.
