Lavner Camps!

We are excited to offer Graphic Design Camp at Stuart Country Day School this summer! Campers work in groups to develop and design a brand for a business of their choice. Using Adobe® Photoshop®, Illustrator®, and InDesign®, campers learn to complement their creativity with the proper technical skills to produce designs to communicate messages and leave lasting visual impressions. Campers may choose any business, including (but not limited to): a gym, clothing store, restaurant, professional sports team, movie theater, video game design company, and more! Once the business is selected, campers then create designs for logos, business cards, posters, signs, brochures, t-shirts, and other items marketing their business. Campers also learn about the value of good project management, “soft” and “hard” deadlines, and the basic psychology of grabbing the attention and creating positive responses from consumers.
