Zumba
Mondays October 2-November 20 @ 6pm

Zumba is a dance fitness class for everybody and every body! Classes are a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy. And also, it's super fun! Instructor: Laura Athmejvar

All Levels Yoga
Tuesdays  October 3-November 21 @ 9:30am

All Levels Yoga is a Vinyasa-style class (moving the body through a sequence of poses while linking the movement to the breath). Students flow from one pose to the next while practicing staying mindful and presence. Modifications and support will be offered to allow each student to discover a practice that works best for her or his body. Intro to Yoga
Tuesdays October 3-October 24 @ 7-8:30pm
 
This series will introduce the basics of yoga and ways to start a yoga practice. We'll explore foundational yoga poses with proper alignment, breathing exercises and centering practices. You'll learn about the different ways yoga can be practiced (it's more than just poses!) and how to integrate a yoga practice into your life. Props will be available and modifications for all body types will be introduced. This series is geared toward the beginner yoga student and to those curious about yoga. Everyone is welcome! Mat Pilates
Thursdays October 5-November 30 @ 11:15am
 
Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat and incorporates controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength. Exercises are performed in a slow and controlled manner and can sometimes involve basic pilates equipment such as a pilates ring, resistance band, or weighted balls. Mat Pilates helps strengthen the body's core and improve flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health and body-mind awareness.

Halloween Family Yoga
Saturday October 28 @ 11am
 
Join us for a spook-tacular time at our Halloween Family Yoga event! This event will include a Halloween-inspired yoga class suitable for all members of the family. Afterwards, we'll enjoy yummy treats (no tricks here!) and complete a fall craft. Costumes are welcomed and encouraged as long as they allow for movement and fun.
This event is suitable for families with children ages 2.5-8 years old.  
 
Note: This is not a drop off event. Caregiver must be present.
